Overview

Our refund and returns policy on products is as follows:
Strictly no refund on any products, whether used or not used.

The only exception to this policy is if the client has had a, medically proven, extreme reaction to the product.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Other health and personal care items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item you will need to bring the damaged or defective product to our salon for assessment.
